MICHAEL GOLD ARCHITECTS
MG's office has twice been selected to represent the best of British Architecture at the International Venice Biennale and has won first prize in a variety of UK and international architecture competitions, and for its in house computer 3D visualsation work. Several buildings by Michael Gold are noted in the book "Guide to The Architecture of London" as of outstanding interest. MG is author of a book "People in Architecture", and has lectured and taught at many foremost universities. His work has been exhibited in solo shows at art and architecture galleries in the USA, Canada, Ireland, Holland, the UK, and at the Royal Academy, London.
Michael Gold's roles have included European Director of Visual Information Development Inc. of California; Founder and Chairman of Linden Grove Association Ltd., an independent charitable housing trust. He has worked as partner in Cross Dixon Jones Gold Sansom Architects, Alsop Gold and Lyall Architects, with James Gowan Architect; John Melvin Associates, Alexander Flinder Ashley Architects; AJ Benjamin Associates, Trinidad; as consultant to Camden and Glasgow Borough Councils, and as co-planner for the Southern Sector of the new city of Milton Keynes, including designs for thousands of homes and their infrastructure.
